“I was brought up hearing these words: ´always see what Tommy has in his consignment first´. I found a Stakes winner with y’all the first time they turned me loose on my own to buy yearlings and I will be back.”
“We got to know Tommy and Wyndee when we purchased our good stakes filly Moon Swag from them. We enjoyed our buying experience and since then we have been sending them horses to sell for us. A couple of things we noticed is that their focus is on selling our horses. They are not out buying or pushing their own, instead, they care about our success. Secondly, is the high amount of show volume they have at the barn. Over their many years in business they have built an impressive relationship base.”
“Thank you for all of your hard work and support, not only at the sale, but for the past year as you visited our horse and kept us updated on his development. Your hard work and honest communication are the keys to success for sellers and buyers alike.”
“Being fairly new in the commercial Thoroughbred market, valuation of our bloodstock is something we struggled with until meeting Tommy. His advice on when and where we should go to the market has made a huge impact on our business. Trust in an agent and consignor is paramount to me. Tommy’s advice has always been what’s best for our business first. Tommy and Wyndee are a good team and a team that I look forward to working with for a long time.”
“We have done business with Legacy Bloodstock for many years. Tommy and Wyndee are efficient, professional and trustworthy and they sell for some very well-respected horsemen. I’m always keen to see what they have on offer, especially after we bought Grade 1 winner Hunter O’Riley out of their consignment.”
“I always stop by Legacy’s consignment. Tommy works hard and sells good horses. I trust him and respect his horsemanship.”
“Selling with Legacy Bloodstock is uncomplicated. Tommy Eastham is efficient with my time and very focused with his information. He’s a veteran horseman who knows the market and has strong relationships throughout the industry.”
“($900,000 Prime Factor) was a superstar as a yearling and Tommy Eastham always has them ready.”
“Tommy has been selling horses for us for 20 years. There’s times we’ve had the sales topper and times we don’t, but he’s always fighting hard for the success of our business.“
“Tommy and Wyndee are like a good GPS, helping guide us through the business. They are good friends and excellent horsemen. As advisors they don’t always tell me what I want to hear, but instead what I need to hear so that I can make the best decisions for my business.”
“I have bought and sold with Legacy from the beginning. Tommy is a tough negotiator but does it in a way that everyone stays friends. Legacy has assembled a great team and always have a friendly and professional barn to visit.”
“Tommy and Wyndee have been an important part of our success over the years and our business connection has turned into a true friendship. When we decided to bid on a weanling, now known as Laoban, we asked for their advice. Tommy and Wyndee are always forthright and thorough with their evaluation. They work hard and put in endless hours coming out to see how all of our yearlings progress and offering their advice. We successfully sold Laoban through Legacy Bloodstock as one the highest-priced Uncle Mo yearlings that year. We are fortunate to be part of the Laoban story and thankful for our friends Tommy and Wyndee Eastham.”
“It’s always a pleasure stopping by Legacy’s barn. Tommy is professional, courteous, on top of everything, but never over the top. His energy and integrity are definitely a winner!“
“Tommy is always at the barn selling. He knows more about his horses than just about anybody. This is why he is so good at setting reserves.”
Tommy has sold our horses for over 10 years. He has done a terrific job for us and we could not be more pleased with the results. We put a high priority on honesty and personal service and he always follows through. Over the years we have come to rely on his expert opinion on the progress of our stock as they grow. He comes to the farm to evaluate and discuss the best timing for their sale as they progress and it’s always nice to have another set of eyes looking at and evaluating your horse.
“We were fortunate to have been introduced to Tommy and Wyndee when we first bought our farm in Lexington. They advise us on our entire operation. Their recommendations are on a long term growth perspective even if short term it doesn’t benefit their company. We have certainly benefited from their decades of experience and knowledge.”
“We’ve had the privilege of working with Legacy Bloodstock many times at the sales. Tommy, Wyndee and their entire staff have always impressed us with the friendly, professional way the horses are presented to potential buyers. Legacy is a family-oriented operation and has always been highly recommended by top horsemen.”
“Tommy and Wyndee have always been professional, straight up and honest with me when selling my horses. I enjoy doing business with them.”
“We have known Tommy and Wyndee for almost 10 Years. They are more than just consignors to us. They are friends, advisors, mentors and more. Tommy and Wyndee work just as hard to sell $1,000 horses as they do to sell $100,000 horses. We feel very blessed to have them in our corner.”
“I highly recommend Legacy Bloodstock, owned by Tommy and Wyndee Eastham. Having owned a farm in the Keeneland area for 45 years, I am experienced with selling horses. I must add we are lucky to have some excellent sales consignors in our business. Tommy and Wyndee are of the highest integrity and most professional. Tommy works hard selling the lowest priced horses and the highest priced horses.”
“Tommy and Wyndee Eastham make a great sales team. They have done a great job selling horses for me. I really appreciate the personal touch Legacy provides.”
